- A review after 4 – 6 weeks
- Per hour mentoring
- 10 x 1 hour long sessions

PLEASE NOTE
All programs are designed for you to follow at home, work place or gym etc.
I can no longer offer 1:1 private training sessions to my clients in NZ.
All programs will be sent to you instead by email, phone or an App such as WeChat. This has been working well with my existing clients.
I am happy to work with whatever suits you and if you have any special requirements – please let me know!
