Fitness Program
As we identify your needs and begin a fitness program together, we can assess how often we need to work together. I have a number of session options which we will talk about after the first consultation, and then we can decide on the program which will suit your availability. These options are:
FITNESS PROGRAMS
Pre-screen – mini workout and exercise program to start
- Program review every 4-6 weeks – $150.00
- Per hour mentoring – $125.00
- 10 x Sessions (1 hour) – $1000
FITNESS PROGRAMS
Contact Sue to request a quote for larger groups
- Pairs (1 hour) – $175.00
- Threes (1 hour) – $250.00
- Corporate Seminars – $500.00 per hour
PLEASE NOTE
All programs are designed for you to follow at home, work place or gym etc.
I can no longer offer 1:1 private training sessions to my clients in NZ.
All programs will be sent to you instead by email, phone or an App such as WeChat. This has been working well with my existing clients.
